Alberta Ethics Navigator is an AI-assisted reference tool designed to help registered psychologists in Alberta locate and interpret guidance from the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP), including the Standards of Practice and the Canadian Code of Ethics for Psychologists.
The Service does not constitute legal, clinical, regulatory, or professional advice. All output is educational in nature. You are solely responsible for verifying any information against original CAP source documents and for applying your own professional judgment. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College of Alberta Psychologists.
The Service is intended for registered or provisionally registered psychologists in Alberta and students in supervised training programs. By subscribing, you represent that you are a professional working within a scope that makes ethics consultation relevant to your practice.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from within the app. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

All content, design, and underlying software of the Service are owned by or licensed to us. CAP source documents referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes only. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions and must always be verified against original source documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any professional discipline, regulatory action, or harm arising from decisions made based on Service output.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
